    1. Main structure

    The main components of the unwinding machine include the frame body, air expansion shaft, transition roller, frame, tension control unit, etc. The air expansion shaft is fixed on the frame by a safety sleeve and is used to support the roll material.

    Maximum diameter of paper, maximum weight of paper roll, width of paper roll, inner diameter of paper roll;


    3. Working principle

    The fixed-type unwinding machine adopts a double-axis unwinding method. The paper feeding mechanism of the unwinding machine ensures that the production line can still operate continuously and normally when the paper roll is rewound.

    The arm-type unwinding machine can be divided into active unwinding and passive unwinding based on the power mode:

    1. Main Structure
      The unwinding machine consists of the unwinding motor, frame, transition roller, arm assembly, air shaft, and other components. The passive unwinding type of the arm-type unwinding machine does not have an unwinding motor.

      Maximum paper roll diameter, maximum paper roll weight, paper roll width, paper roll inner core diameter.

    3. Working Principle
      The arm-type unwinding machine adopts a double-axis rotary unwinding method. During roll change, the unwinding machine works in coordination with the cutting device, ensuring continuous operation of the entire production line without stopping during the roll change process.
