Working Principle:

The deflection roller located at the entrance of the coating machine first corrects the orientation of the entering coil material. The amount of adhesive applied can be fine-tuned by adjusting the rotational speed of the upper and lower coating rollers.

The coating rollers are engraved rollers that rotate in opposition to the coil surface during operation. They control both the amount of adhesive applied and the uniformity of its distribution on the coil material.
