Glue Dosing System

The system consists of a glue mixing tank, a glue storage tank and pumps, which is used for first impregnating station and second coating machine. This mixing tank is mainly used for mixing the glue with chemical additives, the storage tank is used for storaging the glue after mixing.

RIGO  series automatic dosing  system,  a  high-precision  and  fully  automatic  computerized compounding system, is combined with compounding host machine, operating platform and scale, etc. With realization of high-precision compounding, the system can also realize the control of mixing glue and form statistics of compounding. It is linkage interlock with glue- storage tank, which make the compounding system with high-precision, easy control and work reliably.
