Automobile Filter Paper Coating Line

l Applicable base paper: 60–180 g/m² automotive-specific filter paper (including wood pulp/synthetic fiber composite paper, glass fiber composite paper, etc.), covering all categories of air, engine oil, and fuel filter cartridges.

a. Oil and Temperature Resistance: Engine oil filter paper retains strength after 240 hours of immersion at 120°C; strength retention rate ≥ 85%;
b. High Strength and Low Resistance: Initial pressure drop < 2.5 kPa, dust holding capacity ≥ 300 g/m²;
c. Size Stability: Moisture content controlled at 0.5%–1.2%, no deformation upon folding;
d. Chemical Durability: Resistant to hydrolysis and aging, suitable for fuel/oil environments.
