    Motor /Transformer Insulation Board

    This production line is specifically designed for manufacturing insulating parts, insulating boards, insulating paper, and soft composite materials for electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, reactors, transformers, and switch cabinets. Through resin impregnation, drying, pre-curing / complete curing processes, the materials are endowed with key insulating properties such as high electrical strength, high heat resistance, resistance to moisture, resistance to oil, high mechanical strength, and stable dimensions.

    Production process of Motor /Transformer Insulation Board 


     (1) Automatic unwinding 

    Insulation paper / aramid paper / fiberglass fabric unwinding, constant tension control, no stretching, no deformation. 

     (2) Impregnation and gluing 

    Impregnation in the glue tank or roller coating, resin fully penetrates the substrate, ensuring uniform resin content. 


    Precise metering roller controls the amount of glue, ensuring consistency of electrical performance. 

    (3) Gradient drying and curing 

    Multi-zone hot air oven, completing: Solvent evaporation Resin pre-curing (stage B) or complete curing (stage C) Control: volatile matter, curing degree, gel time, dielectric properties. 

    (4) Cooling and shaping 

    Cool to room temperature, stabilize size, prevent warping. 

    (5) Online inspection 

    Thickness, weight, appearance, breakdown strength sampling inspection. 

    (6) Rolling / Cutting / Stacking 

    The finished product is a roll or sheet insulation board / insulation paper.

    The adhesive quantity is uniform, without bubbles or white spots, ensuring high breakdown voltage, low dielectric loss, and reliable insulation.

    • Class B (130℃)

    • Class H (180℃) 

    • Class C (200℃ + silicone / aramid) 

    (3) Resistant to heat, moisture, and aging 

    Suitable for transformer oil-immersed environments, high-humidity environments, and long-term high-voltage operation. 

    (4) Low tension, no damage to the substrate 

    Specially suitable for brittle, thin, and easily stretchable insulating paper and aramid paper, continuous paper without wrinkling. 

    (5) Can be used as prepreg (B grade) or fully cured insulating board (C grade) 

    Pre-preg: Subsequently, it is hot-pressed into a thick insulating board. Fully cured: It can be directly used as a thin insulating board.

    (6) Environmentally friendly, energy-saving, safe and stable. 

    The exhaust gas is centrally treated, and the hot air circulation achieves energy conservation. It is suitable for 24-hour continuous production.
